Admin Console

The Read-only/Contributor/Administrator/Account Owner ladder, how console roles differ from field licences and site access, and how the console shows what you can't do.

The classification that carries operator licensing, default checklists, and configuration — why groups exist, how to shape them, and what changing one does.

Granting, renewing and revoking equipment-group licences from the console — by phone number, no account required first — and what each designation can do.

Equipment records, equipment groups, device and GoTag assignment, the owner/operator split for hired machines, and site deployment.

How PreStartGo notifications reach people — in-app, push, email and SMS — what each person can tune, and why critical notices always get through.

Generating, previewing, scheduling and exporting the eleven audit-ready report types in CSV, XLSX, or PDF — including event-triggered delivery.

What flags a check for review, how it is approved or invalidated from the phone or the console, and what an invalidation sets in motion.

Creating, pairing, suspending and revoking a shared kiosk tablet for gate check-in and toolbox attendance on Builder sites.

Working defects from Reported to Closed in the console — assignment, acknowledgement, resolution notes, the out-of-service lockout, and bulk updates.

Reading the dashboard's live compliance figures — including what the compliance rate actually counts — and reading the permanent Audit Log.

Building and editing the checklists operators complete in the field — item types, critical items, defaults by group, versioning, and retirement.
