1. Our Commitment
PreStartGo is committed to making prestartgo.com, the operator console at https://admin.prestartgo.com, and the PreStartGo mobile applications usable by everyone, regardless of disability or assistive technology in use. This statement covers our public marketing site; the operator console and mobile apps publish their own statements.
2. Conformance Target
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The marketing site is built to meet or exceed AA across colour contrast, keyboard operability, screen-reader support, and reduced-motion preferences.
3. Measures Taken
- Automated checks — every pull request runs
@axe-core/playwrightagainst fourteen routes plus the 404 page, andpa11y-cias a second opinion. Lighthouse CI gates merges at accessibility = 100. - Design tokens — colour, typography, focus rings, and motion durations are tokenised. Brand green text on white uses the WCAG-AA-compliant
#008847variant. - Reduced motion — every animation is gated by
prefers-reduced-motion. - Skip links — every page exposes a "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element.
- Semantic structure — landmarks (
main,nav,footer) and heading hierarchy are enforced. - Keyboard support — every interactive element is reachable and operable via keyboard. Focus state is visible and high-contrast.
- Privacy controls — the cookie banner honours
Sec-GPC: 1and never sets analytics cookies until consent is granted.
4. Audit Cadence
We engage an independent third party for an accessibility audit at least annually, or when significant new functionality ships. Audit findings are tracked publicly in our issue tracker and remediated on the standard release cadence.
5. Known Issues
As of the last review date, we have no open WCAG 2.2 AA issues on the marketing site. Our internal tracker is published; if you discover an issue, please report it (see Section 7).
6. Compatibility
The marketing site is tested against:
- Latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Mobile Safari (iOS) and Chrome (Android) on the latest two major OS releases.
- Screen readers: NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS and iOS), TalkBack + Chrome (Android).
